Pricing Policy

1. Payment Structure

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, our standard payment terms are as follows:

• Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in our schedule and commence work.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and prior to the final transfer of files or website launch.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to alter pricing after this period. Quotes are based on the scope of work detailed at the time of inquiry. Additional features or changes to the scope may incur extra charges.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and the time invested:

• The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• No refunds will be issued for completed work that has been approved by the client at various stages of the project.
• If a project is cancelled by the client mid-project, the client is liable for all work completed up to that point.

4. Additional Costs

Our pricing covers design and development services. It does not typically include:

• Domain name registration fees.
• Website hosting fees (unless part of a maintenance package).
• Third-party plugin or software licenses.
• Stock photography or font licenses not already in our library.
